INGREDIENTS: ½ pack silken tofu* 1 shot espresso (or 1 tsp coffee granules in 1/8 cup hot water) ½ tsp pure vanilla 1 cup water ½ tsp Natvia (stevia) or ½ raw honey (if you like it sweet) METHOD: Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend it until smooth. Serve in a cold glass, with a few ice cubes if desired. Tips: *Don’t sub the silken tofu with hard tofu – you’ll end up with a very lumpy milkshake!
